My workouts have always primarily consisted of running, but I've always wanted to diversify what I do so that my workouts better fit my goals and body. Unfortunately, I had not been very successful in changing this because I honestly have always found the gym to be very intimidating. I don't really know how to effectively use the equipment in the gym or how to plan out any workouts that target my arms or legs, etc.
I've tried CrossFit and other types of high interval training, but I usually get lost in the crowd and quickly loose interest because I don't have someone there pushing me. It's also easier to skip out on a class when you're one in 15 or 20 students. I have attempted to reach out to other trainers in the past, but wasn't very successful. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to learn about Bradley through Instagram and was easily able to set up a personal one-on-one training with him here in San Diego. I filled out his online application and within a day he got back to me, less than a week after we started training.
I honestly didn't know what to expect, but he's an extremely approachable person. He seems legitimately passionate for what he does and interested in helping you. On my first session with him, I told him what I wanted to get out of my trainings, he did an endurance test on me and he had me do a short training so I could get a feel for what to expect.
I've been training with him for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier. He explains the purpose of every workout we do and is closely watching you to make sure you're doing it right. His workouts consistently push me to go further. Not only am I seeing results, but I also feel better waking up early in the morning to go workout. I'm working out parts of my body I had not been able to get to before and learning new workouts. I also feel comfortable asking him questions about fitness and nutrition.
I highly recommend Bradley, I can assure you, you will see results and enjoy the workouts.
