Pricing
The amount of sessions you choose per week and length of plan will determine the price per session. When that is decided, a set price will be charged to you every 4 weeks for the length of plan chosen.

Come in for a free 30 minute consultation. I will give you a tour of the gym, go over goals, review all pricing options, and go over any questions.
Training Location
I train at a semi-private gym in central San Diego. The gym is specifically for personal trainers and their clients. It is equipped with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, etc. The space is clean, well maintained, and located in the Bay Park area of San Diego, CA.
Gym 101 Package
Ready to start working out but not sure what to do in the gym? I have a 4 session package designed to instruct you on all basics of the gym. This is a short, informative program that will allow you to feel confident going into the gym. And you’ll get a custom workout plan for you to follow!
4 training sessions (1 hour each), must be used within 4 weeks
Session 1: upper body (chest, arms)
Session 2: upper body (back, shoulders)
Session 3: lower body
Session 4: core, mobility
Learn gym basics: muscle groups, exercises, tempo, progressive overload, etc.
Custom workout plan designed based on your goals and equipment you will have access to (delivered through PDF)
