I started my training with Bradley at the top of 2021 with one goal in mind: be in the best shape of my life heading into my 30’s. What was meant to be a 3-month program leading up to my birthday, wound up extending into a longer commitment because of how great I felt. My sessions with Bradley had such a positive impact on my physical and emotional health. I started to regain my self-identity and confidence; something I was struggling with post pregnancy. Training with Bradley became an integral part of my new, balanced, and healthy routine - it gave me something to look forward to during the week and the discipline to remain consistent with a program that betters who I am.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT BRADLEY AS A TRAINER

  • He’s extremely professional, urgent/responsive, communicative, and respectful

  • He takes the time to understand what you’re strengths and opportunities for improvement are

  • He tailors a program for you, designed to make you stronger and encourages body awareness (form, mobility, stretching)

  • He will push you without defeating you - it makes you want to try harder and keep showing up

  • It’s more than just working out for Bradley. He’s invested in your overall wellness and consistently asks how you’re feeling, what you’re eating and how that’s impacting your energy, what he can do to support your fitness journey, and provides guidance on lifestyle changes that are not only reachable but sustainable

  • He has a genuine love and admiration for his craft. He’s always looking to get better, so he can make YOU better

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRAINING WITH BRADLEY

  • Do it. It will be worth it.

  • Train at least 2x a week with him. Hard to see/feel results if you’re training less than that.

  • Ask Bradley to help design a supplemental fitness routine you can do on your own (at home or at your own gym) that you can do in between your training sessions with him — and actually do them ;-)

  • Ask him for his yummy food and dessert recipes. You’re welcome.
